She was trying to wean herself off of depending on her lightning - but it was still what she fell back on, especially in situations like this one. With the corridor getting narrower, she had less room to direct the winds, less space to call forth the bursts of hail and sleet she wanted to use.

She settled for lowering the temperatures in the space she was given, hoping it would slow the droids and other tech enough for her to deal with them separately. But the few seconds she'd spent on trying the lightning earlier was time she wasn't getting back, and soon the droids would be too many for her to deal with on her own.
