That huge nose of his isn't just for show. Wolverine is noted for having an extremely keen sense of smell (on top of keen senses in general). His sense of smell is so good that he can basically walk into an empty room and with a bit of deduction, work out who has been there and what they were doing. (It's kind of ridiculous how it works, but he also has metal bones, so whaddya gonna do?) In general that means when interacting with people in person, he'll probably be able to pick up on any lingering scents they had. Things he might pick up on are:
-What they've eaten
-The kind of activities they do (working out, working with metal, having sex, etc)
-People they are around a lot
-Places they spend time at (like All Passions might leave a lingering scent different than the smithy)
-Animals they are around and keep
-If they're nervous (causing perspiration)
And so on. Since this obviously is something fluctuating all the time, you might give some broad ideas here on what Wolverine might pick up on. If you're tagging with him, helpful hints on recent stuff would be cool too. Thanks!

Katie smells of foresty things and grass and chalk. And if she's drenched, she'll smell like wet cat. |D

Edit: Annnd people-wise Nami is around the Straw Hats a lot and Nami is around Jack Sparrow. |D Oops.
Yuri Nakamura
That said, according to Otonashi, Yuri smells good. I don't know what she smells like exactly, but her base smell is supposedly good.
Things she likes to eat: Sandwiches, fish, noodles, meat, combinations of these things, juice boxes, lots of coffee. She doesn't eat a lot of sweets normally. She likes bitter and/or salty things better.
Activities: She does do a lot of exercising, but she keeps very clean. It's hard to find her with a hair out of place, so even though she works pretty hard, she also works a lot at making sure she's not filthy because of it. She'll also explore a lot, talk to tons of people, and she goes running every morning with Usagi Tsukino. She also does a lot of plotting and handles a gun and knives, so it's likely that there'll be a faint smell of gunpowder on her at the very least.
People she's around a lot: Ayato Naoi, Yotsuba Koiwai, and Usagi Tsukino most often. She does get around a lot so she might smell like random people all the time.
Places she frequents: Forest, coffee shop, stores (she does like clothes shh), but lots of outdoors stuff. Despite fighting/exercising a lot, she won't go into the battle dome.
Animals she's around: Uhh.. none, really.
Yuri's almost frighteningly relaxed sometimes, even in extremely stressful situations.

people; the other folks in house seven (jilly, liz, hollom, and willow atm), jack sparrow, archie kennedy, her coworkers at the bar (zack and raven). everyone else might be more weekly things but i'll try to give an indication of who she's been around in initial tags (if i know, that is).
places; house seven, good spirits, the woods (patrolling!), the beach/ocean/docks, otherwise just generic villagey smells.
other stuff; she has a pet cat (cupcake) but she also chills out with jack's cat (hector, son of cupcake).

He'd smell like mako, first and foremost. Some kind of weird chemical. Not sure what to compare it to, but it's pretty ethereal. Otherwise: sweat, metal, lingering alcohol. Depends on where he's been and what he's currently up to.

Spices, teenage hormones, and magic |D No but seriously, the most noteworthy thing about him is that he might have the same sort of scent that Wanda has, if Wolverine would know that. It's not exact, but his magic manifests with blue fire, so something like embers or a campfire could be a factor.
